Return and Refund Policy

At Taiba Pharmacy, the safety and quality of medications are our top priorities. Therefore, our return and refund policies are carefully designed to protect patient safety while providing fair solutions in case of errors or defects. .
1. Non-returnable products
The following products cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. :
- Prescription only medications (unless a wrong or defective product was supplied) .
- controlled or scheduled drugs .
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (including packages of medicine strips whose seal has been broken) .
- Perishable products (such as vaccines or heat-sensitive products) after delivery .
2. Cases eligible for return or refund
A return, exchange, or refund request may be considered in the following cases. :
- Wrong product delivered If you receive a product different from what you ordered .
- Damaged or defective product upon receipt If the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect .
- Expired or near-expiry product If a product is delivered with an unreasonably close expiry date or has already expired .
3. How to request a return or refund
- Contact customer service during 48 hours from the date of receipt in case of damage, error in the order, or obvious defect .
- If there are any issues related to the expiry date or any hidden defects, please contact us as soon as possible. .
- Provide the order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the problem. .
- Keep the product and all packaging (do not use or dispose of it) until you are instructed to do the next thing. .
4. Examination and treatment
- After receiving your request and the required information, we will review it and may request that the product be returned for inspection. .
- If the return is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion. .
5. Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days from the date of approval .
- The amount may take additional time to appear in your account depending on the payment issuer. .
