Return and Refund Policy

At Taiba Pharmacy, the safety and quality of medications are our highest priority. Therefore, our Return and Refund Policy has been carefully designed to protect patient safety while providing fair solutions in cases of errors or defective products.

 

1. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • All medications.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Perishable products (such as milk or temperature-sensitive items) after delivery.

 

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

Requests for return, replacement, or refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
  • Damaged or defective product upon delivery: If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.

 

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order if there is damage, an incorrect item, or a visible defect.
  • Provide the order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Keep the product and all original packaging intact (do not use or dispose of the product) until you receive further instructions.

 

4. Inspection and Processing

  • Once we receive your request and the required information, we will review the case and may request the product to be returned for inspection.
  • If the return request is approved, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

 

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days from the date of approval.
  • The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
